Join Us for Our Annual Christmas Party!
Ho ho ho! The holiday season is upon us, and it's time to celebrate with your fellow ham radio enthusiasts and club members! We invite all members and their guests to join us for an evening of festive cheer, camaraderie, and fun.
It will be on December 3, 2026 from 6.00 until 9.00. At the Winter Springs Civic Center. Same location as our meetings but the building next door. Click here for GPS directions to the front door.
We will again do the guided Pot Luck dinner like last year since it was a success. This will cut costs and we will save money as a club.
LMARS will supply and bring water, coffee, tea, coke, spirte, plates, paper goods, etc. LMARS will also pay for the main entrees (meats) but we need people to cook, slice, and bring them to the dinner. If you register to cook a main entree (meat) you do not need to bring a side dish… unless you want to. The signup sheet is linked below.
The menu is planned to include... Turkey; Ham; Stuffing; Mashed Potatoes with Gravy; Mac & Cheese; Sweet Potato Casserole; Green Bean Casserole; Glazed Carrots; Cranberry Sauce; Rolls; Ice Tea; Fresh Brewed Coffee; Dessert; and More!!!
The Great News is... since it will be a Pot Luck there is no charge to attend but we will kindly accept donations. Bad news is seats are limited to 60 since the space is limited. So register your attendance now via the link below.
